Microwave Inspection - Our team includes the manufacturer of an innovative dual wavelength microwave inspection technology.
Custom Compounding - For Polymer Composites, we conduct custom compounding for product development at scales ranging from mixing bowl studies to mini-twin extrusion blends at a rate of a pound or two up through 21 mm twin screw developmental scale and on to semi-works production using 27 mm and 50 mm twin screw extruders. Whatever the scale, whatever the custom compound - we are capable. Challenge us!
Injection Molding - 55 and 90-ton presses for mold temperatures up to 220°F. This equipment can be configured with your prototype or MUD mold for short-run product and tooling trials. A variety of in-house molds are also available for use including a wide array of ASTM test specimen molds including an ASTM family mold, a spiral flow mold, a 2”x3” variable thickness plaque mold, and color chip molds.
